ABOUT US
We are a project team in Education 202: Social Justice in Education at the University of Illinois. Through our class project, we seek to promote the equitable representation of diverse voices in the high school or college English classroom. Our project involves a reflection on current English class experiences, an exploration of just teaching practices, and the development of our own syllabi. Our hope is that this site inspires current and future educators, invites students to play the game and change the game by looking at their classes in new ways, and challenges the public to listen for and promote diverse voices in everyday interactions.
